Mandy Schmitz

Mandy Schmitz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Mandy is currently working as the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Novavax Inc. Prior to that, they held various roles at Ipsen, including Head of Commercial Excellence and Director of Business Analytics. Mandy also served as the Head of CRM for the Americas at UCB and worked as a Director at Axtria - Ingenious Insights. Mandy started their career at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., where they held multiple positions, including Pharmaceutical Sales and Senior Brand Manager. Before that, they worked at PDI, Inc. in roles such as Manager of Sales Operations and Program Administrator. Mandy has demonstrated expertise in sales operations, commercial excellence, CRM, market research, and sales incentives throughout their career.

Mandy Schmitz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Centenary University, which they completed in 2011. Prior to that, they also earned another MBA degree in Business Management from the same university in 2010. Mandy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2006. Additionally, Mandy has participated in various leadership and negotiation programs, including the Carnegie Mellon Leadership and Negotiation Academy for Women and the Guttman Leadership Institute. Mandy has also completed a program on Corporate Strategy and Finance for Executives at the Harvard Business School Executive Education.
