Serge Gaudin

Serge Gaudin has extensive work experience in various roles within the aluminum industry. Serge started their career at ACS Engineering as a Project Engineer in 1998. Serge then joined Alcan in 1999, where they held positions such as Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Die Shop Manager, and Productivity Manager. In 2009, Serge joined Novelis as a Casthouse Manager and later took on roles including Director of Operations, Director of Metal Management, Vice-President of Metal Management and Recycling, and Director of Sustainability and Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Automotive Operations at Novelis.

Serge Gaudin holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Serge also completed a Master's degree in Mastering Technology Enterprise with a focus on Innovation Finance Leadership from IMD in 2012.
