Tim Kennedy

Tim Kennedy has extensive work experience in various roles related to procurement and commodities. Tim is currently the VP of Global Commodities at Novelis, where they lead sourcing for both direct and indirect materials. Prior to that, they were the VP of Procurement Transformation at Novelis.

Before joining Novelis, Tim worked at The Coca-Cola Company for several years. Tim held roles such as Managing Director of Metals, Director of Global Metal Procurement, Procurement Director of Metal, Paper, and Glass Packaging, and Director of Metal and Fuel Risk Management. In these roles, they were responsible for procuring aluminum cans, bottles, and other packaging materials for Coca-Cola's North America volume. Tim also managed hedging strategies to mitigate price volatility in commodities markets.

Additionally, Tim has experience at Coca-Cola Enterprises as a Senior Manager of Price Architecture, where they focused on sparkling soft drinks and led pricing initiatives. Tim also has prior experience at Catalyst Energy and AGL Resources in senior operational and analyst roles, respectively.

Tim Kennedy earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Yale University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Tim furthered their education by obtaining an MBA degree in Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School between 1999 and 2001. Prior to attending Yale University and pursuing their higher education, Tim Kennedy attended Paideia from 1981 to 1986.
