Christian van Alphen

Christian van Alphen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christian most recently worked as the Head of Communications at NOVENTI Health SE, a leading provider of software and digital platforms in the European healthcare market. Prior to this, they were the Co-Initiator of ChangeRider, a non-profit initiative aimed at sharing positive stories about digital transformation. Christian also served as the Head of Communications at Alexander Thamm GmbH, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science solutions. Before that, they held the position of Head of Communications at etventure, a digital consultancy and company builder. Christian has also worked as a Senior Freelance Consultant in PR and communication, social media, event management, and copywriting for various projects. Christian gained valuable experience as a Senior PR-Consultant at w&p Wilde & Partner Public Relations GmbH, where they handled strategic consulting and project management for clients in the travel and hospitality industry. Christian began their career with internships and assistant positions at Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures Germany GmbH, Match.com, and Siemens AG, where they focused on publicity, media relations, and event organization.

Christian van Alphen attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2001 to 2007 and obtained a Magister Artium degree. Christian studied Kommunikationswissenschaft, Markt- u. Werbepsychologie, and Recht f. Sozialwissenschaftler during their time at the university.
