Marco Leist

Marco Leist has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. Marco currently holds the role of CHRO at NOVENTI Health SE, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Partner at PAWLIK Consultants GmbH from January 2022 to February 2023. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at TME AG as the Director HR-Transformation & Head of Human Resources. Mr. Leist also founded and owned cdc-management from 2008 to 2022. Marco held various positions at Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank - apoBank, ECPI Executive Consulting Partners International, DZ BANK AG, GZ BANK AG, SGZ Bank AG, and Prof. Zimmer & Partner.

Marco Leist has a rich educational history that spans several decades. In 1988, they obtained a Bankkaufmann IHK certification from Sparkasse Saarbrücken. Following this, they pursued their studies at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre.

In 2009, Marco Leist enrolled in the European Organisation for Training and Education (EOTE) and completed the Diplom Business Leader Coach program in 2010. During the same period, they also obtained a Zertifizierter Business Mediator certification from EOTE.

More recently, in 2019, Marco Leist further expanded their expertise by becoming a Zertifizierter Eigenland Berater through Eigenland. Additionally, they achieved a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile Inc.

Marco Leist's commitment to professional development is evident through their additional certifications. In 2017, they attained a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from scrum.org. In 2019, they earned another Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification.
