Ky Quan

Ky Quan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career as an Application Engineer at DSET in 1997, where they were responsible for leading the Number Portability simulators division and representing Lockheed as an authority on LNP. In 1999, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Sr. Manager, Applications & Database, where they served as a technical liaison and managed multiple matrix teams. They then joined NeuStar in 2003 and held various positions, including Sr. Director, Applications & Database Operations, Vice President, Technical Operations, and Vice President, Operations Architecture and Engineering. In these roles, they were responsible for directing daily operations, improving operations, and developing technology concepts and frameworks. In 2011, Ky Quan became an independent Principal, Executive Consultant before joining Novetta in 2020 as the VP of Information Technology.
