Denis Fragias

Denis Fragias joined NoviFlow Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in October 2019. Responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at NoviFlow he helps navigate the company’s growth strategy and meets its clients and investor expectations. Prior to joining NoviFlow Denis held previous CFO roles in the venture backed software and technology sectors where he established a strong reputation building world-class teams and aligning financial and business metrics that supported strategy in high growth entities. He has raised capital, led in strategic acquisitions and successfully executed a company exit strategy. Denis received his Chartered Accountant degree from McGill University and is a member of the Quebec Order of CPA’s.
