Fábio Aspis

Fábio Aspis serves as the Regional Senior Regulatory and Data Privacy Counsel for South America at Rabobank since November 2021. Fábio is also a co-founder of Law-B, a Law and Technology Hub, and Juventude Privada, where Fábio holds the position of Director. Additionally, Fábio is a professor at Assistência Judiciária João Mendes, teaching a course on managing personal data security incidents, and has held various teaching roles in digital marketing and data protection law across several institutions, including Digital House Brasil and OAB SP. Fábio is a member of several professional committees focused on privacy and data protection, including the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Fábio's educational background includes multiple certifications in data protection and compliance from prestigious institutions, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
