Rachel Hanson

Rachel Hanson is an experienced professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as an Advanced Functional Training Professional at Novo Nordisk since July 2025. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Oxfam as a Learning and Organisation Development Business Partner, where the responsibility included leading the design and rollout of the management development strategy and supporting the digital strategy. In previous positions, such as Learning Consultant at John Lewis Partnership and Training and Development Manager at Guideposts Trust UK, Rachel demonstrated expertise in conducting learning needs analyses, designing strategic learning interventions, and establishing learning functions within organizations.
