Sushmita Rajkhowa

Sushmita Rajkhowa, PMP®, is a seasoned professional specializing in digital transformation and marketing innovation, currently serving as the Digital Transformation Lead for Novonesis since February 2024. Prior experience at Novozymes from April 2016 to February 2024 included roles such as Digital Transformation Lead and Digital Product Lead focused on chatbots, apps, and emerging technologies. Sushmita also excelled as a Senior Robotics and Automation Specialist and held various HRIS roles. Earlier career experience at Dell from September 2008 to March 2016 involved HR data management and systems support. Sushmita holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from The ICFAI University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jorhat Engineering College.
