Vinod Rengabashyam is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various roles and industries. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Novotech since May 2023, Vinod is responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process, including technical interviews and stakeholder relations.
