Melissa Frederickson

Melissa Frederickson, Esq. is a seasoned corporate counsel with extensive experience in transactional law, specializing in commercial contracts, real estate, and finance. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Novus International, Inc. since February 2022, Melissa focuses on partnering with internal stakeholders to drive revenue and growth while ensuring legal protection for the company. Previous roles include Division Director at Special Counsel, Legal Recruiter at Adams & Martin Group, and General Counsel at Legal Staffing Group, where Melissa managed various contracts and employment law matters. As General Counsel at National Asset Direct/iServe and other financial institutions, Melissa emphasized transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance, contributing to significant corporate transactions and legal strategy across multiple sectors. Melissa holds a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Economics from UC Irvine.
