Justin Jacquat

Justin Jacquat is a Regional Sourcing Lead at General Mills since January 2021, overseeing the strategic procurement of cocoa, nuts, sugar, and value-added ingredients across various brands in Europe and Australasia. With a focus on driving cost improvements and supporting innovation, Justin's role contributes to the company's overall business performance. In addition to this position, Justin serves as an early-stage investor in startups aimed at sustainability and holds multiple investor roles across various companies, including BIG SACK, Forsea, and Nowadays. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEIG-VD, complemented by participation in several entrepreneurship programs and exchange semesters in China. Justin's prior experience includes a role as Global Commodity Controller for Coffee at Nestlé in late 2020.
