Melissa Cruickshank

Melissa Cruickshank is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational excellence within the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Implementations at Noyo since August 2023, Melissa has previously held key roles including Head of Connections Operations at Ease and Head of Product Development at benefitbay™. At Ease, Melissa led a team of 50 remote employees, significantly scaling revenue streams and establishing over 20,000 carrier connections. Prior experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska included directorships in Information Services and roles in business analytics, enterprise data governance, and technology strategy. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Creighton University and an MBA from Bellevue University, showcasing a strong foundation in journalism and business management.
