Kanv Yadav has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kanv began their career as an Engineering Intern at Autoneum Canada Ltd in 2014, where they updated plant drawings and optimized production work instructions. Kanv then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada in 2015, handling root cause analysis for equipment quality issues and managing projects with different departments and contractors. In 2016, they joined General Motors as a Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on engine block cutting tool improvements, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Kanv also worked at Arbutus Medical in 2016 as a Research and Development Engineer, designing and manufacturing handle-trigger mechanisms for surgical saws and conducting rapid prototyping. Kanv later joined Seaspan ULC in 2017 as a Manufacturing and Production Engineer, designing cost-effective tables and machinery parts, and implementing improvement ideas. From 2018 to 2021, Kanv worked at Dometic, first as a Product Design Engineer, using LabVIEW to automate tests and designing control boxes, and then as a Mechatronics Test Engineer, implementing model-based design software and writing MATLAB/Simulink scripts for control and testing. Currently, Kanv works as a Rapid Prototyping Engineer at Noze.

Kanv Yadav pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Waterloo from 2013 to 2018. Following this, they enrolled at Western University in 2021 to pursue a Master's degree in Robotics and Control, which they completed in 2022.
