Ani M.

Ani M. has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. They began their career at A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research as a Research Intern in 2015. They later worked as an ESL Teacher at ICLT - International Center of Languages and Training from October 2016 to May 2017. In the same year, Ani M. joined Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) as a Research Intern, where they conducted research and contributed to creating a knowledge-driven economy. Ani M. also worked as a Research Analyst at FAST, conducting research on STEM innovation ecosystems. From 2018 to 2020, Ani M. served as a Neuroscience Research Assistant at McGill University - Faculty of Science. Currently, they are working at Nomic Bio, starting as an Operations Associate in November 2021 and then transitioning to a role in People Operations from May 2022. At Nomic Bio, their work focuses on the development of the nELISA, a next-generation proteomics platform with various applications in medical discoveries and disease diagnosis. Ani M.'s work experience reflects their versatility, adaptability, and interest in scientific research and innovation.

Ani M. completed a Bachelor's degree at McGill University from 2017 to 2021. Their degree was a double major in Mathematics and Psychology with a concentration in Behavioural Neuroscience. Prior to attending McGill, Ani M. attended UWC South East Asia from 2014 to 2016, where they completed the IB Diploma Programme with a focus on HL Biology, Math, and Design Technology. In 2014, Ani M. also participated in a Summer School Program at Harvard University.

In addition to their formal education, Ani M. has obtained a variety of certifications. They completed the AI Applications in People Management program at The Wharton School in April 2023. They also obtained certifications in Foundations of Healthcare Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and Graphic Design Specialization from CalArts Extended Studies, both in April 2023. In November 2021, Ani M. became a Quebec Scientific Entrepreneurship (QcSE) Program Fellow through District 3 Innovation.

Furthermore, Ani M. has obtained language certifications. They achieved French CEFR Level B2.1 through Lingoda GmbH in 2020 and completed a French Immersion Program Certificate at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, also in 2020. Additionally, Ani M. holds an ESL Teaching Certificate from the British Council, obtained in 2016. Finally, they obtained their International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2016.
