Kim Mitchell

Kim L. Mitchell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program development, organizational strategy, and philanthropy. Currently serving as VP of Strategy & Engagement at NPower, Kim leads initiatives aimed at launching successful tech careers for opportunity youth, veterans, and veterans' spouses. Previously held various leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, including Executive Director of Global Philanthropy and Vice President in Human Resources, where Kim focused on talent acquisition and staffing strategies. Additionally, Kim operates an independent consulting practice specializing in organizational development and philanthropy, while also contributing thought leadership as a Senior Fellow at the Support Center for Nonprofit Management. Kim's professional journey began at Xerox as a Quality Management Consultant, after earning a BA in Urban Studies from Lake Forest College.
