Stefanie Boles

Stefanie Boles is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at NPower. Stefanie has previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut from January 2018 to December 2021. Stefanie is a highly skilled executive leader with a proven track record in building relationships, managing teams, and executing strategies. Stefanie is committed to creating inclusive environments that are centered in equity, diversity, inclusion, empowerment, and respect. Stefanie has demonstrated their ability to grow revenue outside of the traditional business model and has achieved clean audits for 23 consecutive years.

Stefanie Boles earned their Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Stefanie also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Liberty University. Stefanie began their college career at Southern Connecticut State University, where they studied accounting. Stefanie later transferred to Berklee College of Music to study music composition.
