James Mastromarino

Producer, Here & Now, NPR Gaming Lead

James Mastromarino is an accomplished producer at NPR since September 2015, specializing in video game coverage across digital and audio platforms while coordinating daily coverage for NPR's flagship noonday show. Previous experience includes a segment producer role at BYU Radio, where a Bronze industry award was received for a feature story on “eSports,” along with teaching assistant and archival research roles at Brigham Young University and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Additionally, James has held positions as a media consultant at Keller Williams and a librarian/database designer at the Robert Poppleton Family History Foundation. James earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from Brigham Young University and participated as a visiting student in Film History at the University of Cambridge.
