Liesbeth Monseur is an accomplished sales and customer engagement professional with extensive experience across multiple leadership roles in the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Excellence at NRB since September 2025, Liesbeth previously held the position of Director Customer Engagement at Cegeka from April 2021 to September 2025, where a focus on optimizing service delivery improved customer satisfaction and retention. With a significant tenure at NTT Ltd. from November 2008 to March 2021 as Vice President Services, Liesbeth drove sustainable growth and profitability through effective financial management across diverse markets.
