Nichole Garcia, M.Ed., CPM has a diverse range of work experience across multiple industries. Nichole currently works at NRC Health as an Associate Vice President, where they serve as a strategic advisor to hospitals and health system executives, focusing on innovation in healthcare, improving patient experience, and optimizing outcomes. In this role, they also lead a team of sales and operational client-facing roles.

Before joining NRC Health, Nichole worked at CVS Health in various roles. As a Director, Sales Operations - Strategy, Insights & Enablement, they led strategy and cross-functional initiatives to enable sales performance and success for over 1200 client-facing account team members. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager and Advisor in Sales and Marketing Operations.

Prior to their time at CVS Health, Nichole worked at Mosaic as a Senior Consultant, specializing in Gas Transmission Construction and Welding Apprentice Programs. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing organizational development and performance solutions for clients, including program implementation, project management, and training effectiveness measurement.

Nichole also gained experience as a Director of Student Relations at ATD Valley of the Sun, where they were responsible for developing partnerships, increasing student membership, and bridging the connection between current and future leaders through the Student Connect program.

Earlier in their career, Nichole worked at Cine Learning Productions as a Project Manager and Senior Instructional Designer, at ResidentCheck as a National Account Executive, and at Merchants Information Solutions in various roles including Director of Sales, Background Screening Solutions and Senior Account Executive.

Throughout their career, Nichole has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, sales operations, client management, program implementation, and organizational development. Nichole holds a Master of Education degree and is a Certified Professional in Management.

Nichole Garcia, M.Ed., CPM, completed their Master of Educational Technology degree at Arizona State University in 2012. Nichole'sfield of study during this program was in Educational/Instructional Technology. Prior to their master's degree, they attained a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Arizona State University in 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Nichole obtained the Certified Project Manager (CPM) certification from the Project Management Leadership Group in November 2015.
