Bistra Docheva

Bistra Docheva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Executive Coordination at NS PARTNERS since January 2018, Bistra previously held the roles of HR Manager & Executive Coordination. Prior to this, Bistra worked at Novenergia from 2010 to September 2017, progressing from Project Coordinator to Project Manager. Bistra holds a Master's degree in Business Management and Economics from Plovdiv University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, and Trade from MT&M College Sofia. Additionally, Bistra received a High School Diploma with a humanities profile from Spanish Language School and completed various training programs at PwC Academy in 2018 and 2019.
