Danielle Cosgrove

Danielle Cosgrove has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Danielle started their career as an Executive Team Leader at Target in 2006. Danielle then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Universal Truckload Services, Inc. from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and held multiple roles in human resources, including Human Resource Labor - Manufacturing and Human Resources - Manufacturing. Danielle also served as the Human Resources Operations Industrial Lead & TA and Board Member at GALA before becoming a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2020, they joined NSF International as a Principal Human Resource Business Partner and later became the Human Resources Director and the Human Resources Business Partner and Director Global Talent Acquisition. Additionally, they briefly served as the Interim Human Resources Director - EMEA from 2022 to 2023.

Danielle Cosgrove earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business in 2006. Danielle also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from SHRM in 2008.
