Eve Critchley

Eve Critchley currently serves as the Head of Proposition and Service Design at NS&I since May 2022. Previously, Eve held the position of Digital Innovation Lead at Hestia Charity from December 2019 to May 2022, focusing on digital strategy and service development in a health and social care context. Eve spent eight years at Mind, progressing from Digital Officer to Head of Digital, where responsibilities included developing the organization's digital strategy and managing digital channels. Earlier roles included Information Manager and Information Officer at HemiHelp and operations and account management positions at The Nuffield Trust and Halpern, respectively. Eve holds a PG Diploma in Investigative Journalism from City University London and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
