Focusing on HRM (Human Resources Management), Asiff Muhammed enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2008 to 2009, where they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management.

In 2012, they further enhanced their knowledge by attending a CIPD Workshop on Change Management, offered by CIPD Qualifications.

Continuing their pursuit of professional development and education, Asiff Muhammed completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management at TAFE NSW from 2016 to 2017.

Additionally, Asiff Muhammed obtained several additional certifications. In 2011, they earned the Carillion Succession Planning certification from Carillion. In 2015, they received the MRCSA (Member - Recruitment and Consulting Services Association Australia & New Zealand) certification from RCSA Australia and New Zealand. That same year, they also obtained the CED Job Evaluation Certification from Mercer. Finally, in 2017, they completed the DDI (Development Dimensions International) Behavioral Interviewing Techniques certification.
