Sam Schoeppner

Mr. Schoeppner serves as Vice President of NTACT I&E Ltd. He joined NTACT in 2012 and brings 35 years of construction experience in the instrumentation, electrical, and automation industry, specializing in the petrochemical, refining, gas processing, power, and manufacturing sectors. He is directly responsible for all operational aspects of NTACT I&E, Ltd. with a heavy emphasis on safety, quality, management, and cost control in all day-to-day activities.

​Before joining NTACT I&E, Ltd., Mr. Schoeppner served in various roles during a 25-year career at Saulsbury Electric Co., Inc. most recently serving as Director of Electrical Services.

Mr. Schoeppner holds various technical certifications and is a licensed Master Electrician in the State of Texas.
