Cphr Natasha Gordon

Natasha Gordon, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources and people operations. Natasha is currently the VP of People at Ntirety since February 2020 and previously held the role of Sr. Director of Human Resources from September 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Hostway Services, Inc, including VP of Human Resources and Sr. Director of Human Resources. Natasha also served as a Director and Manager of Human Resources within the company. Natasha has also worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Unknown Limit Consulting, providing HR consulting services. Earlier in their career, they worked at Threewave Software as a Human Resources Advisor and Finance and Office Manager. Natasha began their career in Banking Services and Accounting at Coast Capital Savings. Throughout their career, Natasha has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and policies.

Natasha Gordon, CPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse education background. Natasha obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from The University of British Columbia in 2004. Natasha furthered their education by earning a Workplace Mental Health Leadership certificate from Queen's University in 2016. Additionally, they studied Human Resource Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2006.

In terms of professional certifications, Natasha has obtained the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation from CPHR BC & Yukon in December 2009. Natasha also holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, obtained in November 2018. Furthermore, they completed the Mental Health First Aid training offered by the Mental Health Commission of Canada in July 2022.

Natasha is currently pursuing further education, as they are completing a Certificate in MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), expected to be completed in 2022. Natasha is also enrolled in the Corporate Governance: Maximize Your Effectiveness in the Boardroom program offered by Wharton Executive Education, expecting to finish in 2022 as well.
