Miguel Ho

Miguel Ho currently serves as the Head of Process Automation at NTUC Enterprise Nexus Co-operative Limited, where responsibilities include leading digital and automation initiatives, prototyping emerging technologies such as RPA and AI/ML chatbots, and facilitating training to enhance digital competencies. Prior to this role, Miguel held positions such as Senior Manager and Manager within the same organization, focusing on digitalization and automation projects. Miguel's earlier experience includes a tenure at VITAL, the Ministry of Finance, where strategic digitalization and innovation projects were implemented, and various HR management roles. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Mobile and Wireless Computing from Temasek Polytechnic.
