Guy Kolb

Guy Kolb has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Guy is currently the Head of HR & Recruitment at Nucleai, a leading provider of an AI-powered precision oncology platform. In this role, Guy leverages unique tissue datasets to produce insights into cancer biology and collaborates with leading pharmaceutical companies.

Prior to Nucleai, Guy worked at Microsoft from 2016 to 2022. Guy served as the Talent Sourcing Manager - EMEA, leading engineering talent acquisition teams across Israel, Prague, UK, and Romania. Guy was responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing a diverse and multi-cultural talent pool. Guy also developed recruitment sourcing strategies and conducted recruitment events for Microsoft.

Before their time at Microsoft, Guy worked at CodeValue from 2011 to 2016. Guy started as a Software Developer and eventually became the Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they established and defined a structured recruitment process, managed the recruitment team, and was responsible for the entire recruitment process. Guy also served as the Assistant CEO and managed special projects focused on staff recruitment.

Early in their career, Guy worked at The Israeli Intelligence Corps as a Software Developer and later as a Product Manager. In these roles, they developed software in Microsoft technologies and managed complex systems development projects with local and global defense and commercial companies.

Guy Kolb obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources from The Academic Center for Law and Business Management in Ramat Gan. Guy attended the university from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, in 2005, Guy completed a programming course at The Computer Professions Academy in IDF (MAMRAM). In 2004, they received certification as a Software Engineering Technician from Ort College in Givat Ram, Jerusalem. Additionally, Guy completed their full matriculation with a major in computers at ORT College Givat Ram from 2001 to 2004. Apart from their formal education, Guy has obtained several certifications including "Daniel Pink on Motivation" from LinkedIn in February 2023, "Talent Sourcing Certificate" from The People Attraction Theory in July 2021, "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in December 2020, "Diversity Recruiting" from LinkedIn in November 2020, "Manager Foundations" from LinkedIn in April 2019, and "LinkedIn Certified Professional - Recruiter" from LinkedIn Certification in June 2018.
