Christopher Lessing

Christopher Lessing is an experienced professional in sales, operations, and event management, currently serving as an Area Sales Representative at Nueske's Applewood Smoked Meats since August 2022. As a Co-Founder of Jac' Pack since March 2011, Christopher has led initiatives for rhabdomyosarcoma research, managing a team of over 40 members and successfully securing sponsorships for fundraising events. Previous roles include General Manager at Lessing's Hospitality Group, Account Executive at Waypoint, and Category Analyst at Sysco, specializing in seafood and frozen foods. Christopher has also taught MBA courses in event management at Dowling College and has held various positions within Lessing's Inc., where responsibilities included menu development, financial oversight, and operational management. Christopher holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Dowling College and West Chester University, respectively.
