Arielle Patla

Arielle Patla is an experienced professional in eCommerce and merchandising, currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce at Nugget since January 2021. Previously, Arielle held various roles at Newell Brands from April 2017 to January 2021, demonstrating significant success in increasing direct-to-consumer revenue from 12% to 30% of the business. Key accomplishments include managing a complete platform migration to Salesforce and enhancing consumer experiences through technology integrations. Prior to Newell Brands, Arielle worked at UNIQLO for over six years, managing multiple aspects of eCommerce, social media, and inventory management, contributing to the successful launch of the company's e-commerce site. Arielle holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Music from the University of Louisville.
