Noel Braganza has over a decade of experience in the design and technology industry. In 2010, they began as a Creative Group Head (Copy) at Digital Law & Kenneth. In 2011, they moved to Rediffusion Y&R as a Creative Partner. In 2012, they became a Self Employed Freelance UX Designer, Art Director, and Interaction Designer. In 2013, they began working at Zodiak Active - Zodiak Media Company as an Interaction Designer and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as an Interaction Designer for the Design Lab (Formerly Mobile Experience Lab). In 2014, they joined The Techno Creatives as a Design Director and Lead Digital Product Designer. In 2018, they co-founded Up Strategy Lab, a design-driven and customer-centric business laboratory. In 2019, they co-founded MuchSkills, a platform to visualize skills and skill sets. In 2021, they co-founded Nulink Technologies, a privacy-preserving technology for decentralized applications. In 2022, they co-founded Privasea AB, a Web 3.0 based Privacy Preserving Technology.

Noel Braganza received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Theirtory from St. Stephen's College, Delhi in 2005. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Domus Academy and obtained a Master in Interaction Design in the field of Interaction Design. Prior to that, they attended St. Columba's School from 1994 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained certifications from UHLALA Group and Dale Carnegie Training in 2019 and 2017, respectively.
