Bryan Fernández Rodríguez

Bryan Fernández Rodríguez has extensive work experience in the field of HR and recruitment. Bryan started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Corrugados Belen S.A., where they quickly took on more responsibilities and managed the entire HR cycle of the company. Bryan also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GRUPO STT, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes for two major clients and provided advice on HR processes and legal matters. Bryan then joined Tek Experts as a Senior IT Recruiter, where they improved the recruitment and selection process for increased productivity. Bryan also served as a Professor at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and Universidad Autónoma de Centro América. In their most recent role as the Director of People Operations at number8, Bryan focused on improving the effectiveness of the People Operations team and collaborating with the management board on strategic objectives. Bryan'sachievements include quadrupling recruitment productivity and successfully leading the migration and implementation of the company's main ATS system. Bryan Fernández Rodríguez has a diverse education history. In 2010, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Bryan furthered their education in 2012 with a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad de Iberoamérica.
