Neelam Verma

Neelam Verma has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Neelam started their career as an Advisor at Bharti AXA Insurance in 2010. Neelam then worked as a Recruitment Executive at Menschen Consulting Pvt. Ltd. from 2013 to 2014, where they were responsible for sourcing qualified candidates and managing the recruitment process. This was followed by a role as an Associate Consultant at Select Source International in 2014-2015, where they handled end-to-end recruitment for different sectors. From 2015 to 2017, Neelam worked as a Human Resources Executive at Infodart Technologies India Ltd., where they provided technical solutions and collaborated with clients in various industry sectors. In 2017, they briefly served as a Recruitment Specialist at IKYA Search Partners – A Division of Quess Corp Limited. Most recently, Neelam has been working as a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Numeric Technologies since December 2019.

Neelam Verma earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Lucknow. Neelam then pursued further education at the Institute of Technology and Science (ITS) Ghaziabad, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on HR and Marketing.
