Amongi Jaelle

Amongi Jaelle has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Amongi began their career as a Finance Intern at Shumuk Aluminium Industries (U) Ltd. in 2010. In 2014, they worked as a Research Associate at Sawa Consult, where they conducted and compiled data and statistics, conducted interviews and surveys, and wrote reports. In 2017, they became Manager at The Cakery, a bakery located in Ntinda, Kampala, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations, controlled inventory, quality control, and staffing. In 2020, they took on the role of Enrollment and Admissions Associate at Outbox Uganda, where they were responsible for marketing, communications, admissions and community building for their boot camps and alumni. In 2021, they became Operations Lead at RX Radio, a Uganda-based digital media house, where they oversaw and coordinated the schedules, workflow and responsibilities of the various sub-units of the station. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Growth Associate at Numida (YC W22).

Amongi Jaelle completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Makerere University between 2009 and 2014. Amongi has also obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn and Outbox Uganda.
