Karen McEntire

Karen McEntire has extensive experience in human resources and management. Karen is currently the Director of HR at Numotion since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources & Recruiting Services at AZOncology from 2013 to 2022. During their time there, they oversaw the growth and expansion of the organization and implemented virtual support systems for employees. Before that, Karen was an HR Manager at The University of Arizona Health Network from 2011 to 2013, where they developed an HR Shared Services Department and handled benefit broker meetings. Karen also worked as a Senior Account Manager/Consultant at CBIZ Employee Benefits and Insurance Company from 2010 to 2012, where they played a key role in streamlining insurance payments. Karen also has experience at Intuit as a Senior Human Resources professional from 2002 to 2009, where they implemented virtual team protocols and initiated a work-from-home program. Additionally, they have worked in HR roles at Tucson Center for Women and Children in 2001 and Afni from 1998 to 2001, where they handled employee relations, development programs, and training.

Karen McEntire obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Administrative Management/Psychology from Western Illinois University. Karen has additional certifications in Project Management Skills for Leaders, Scrum: The Basics, Veterans At Work Certificate, Communicating Employee Rewards, Employee Experience, Strategic Human Resources, AZ Health and Welfare License, Certified Adult Facilitator, and Employing Abilities at Work Certificate.
