Jimit Vakharia

Jimit Vakharia has over 15 years of work experience in the data analytics and database administration fields. Jimit began their career in 2006 as a Database Administrator at Tech Mahindra, where they were responsible for configuring data acquisition from 60 odd source systems and providing performance assurance for ETL code & BO reports in production. In 2010, they moved to 3i Infotech as a Senior Engineer, where they handled installation/migration/restoration/upgrading databases and created and configured new live databases with data guard set up and RMAN backup policies. In 2012, they joined Anthem, Inc. as a Business Information Analyst Sr, where they worked as a data analyst and was well versed with tables, relationships and data associated with Payment Innovation (PI) program's algorithms. Jimit also satisfied all external controls raised by EY audit for affinity & attribution algorithm for the random member population using SAS & Teradata SQL. In 2016, they moved to Exusia, Inc. as a Senior Consultant. Finally, in 2017, they returned to Anthem, Inc. as a Business Info Consultant, where they actively participated in development & prioritization of business goals and associated features for quarterly releases. Currently, they are a Senior Health Data Analyst at Nuna Inc.

Jimit Vakharia has an education history that includes a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business (2011-2012) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering (2002-2006). Jimit also has several certifications, including PCAP- Certified Associate in Python Programming from the Python Institute (2022), Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) (2015), SAP TERP 10 from SAP (2012), Oracle Certified Professional DBA 9i from Oracle (2010), and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 from SAS.
