Hildegunn Nordas

Hildegunn Nordas serves as an advisor at Portulans Institute and a senior associate at the Council on Economic Policies. As a research professor at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), research interests focus on the intersection of technology, trade, and employment, particularly in ICT, automation, and services trade policy. Additionally, Hildegunn holds a visiting professor position at Örebro University. Prior roles include senior policy analyst at OECD, where responsibilities encompassed services trade policy analysis and regulatory impact assessment, and research fellow at SNF. Previous experience includes serving as a councillor at the World Trade Organization and a senior research fellow at CHR Michelsens Institutt for Videnskap og Åndsfrihet. Hildegunn obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bergen.
