Jack Jones

Jack Jones is an experienced professional in customer success and client experience management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Nuqleous since March 2023. Previously, Jack held the position of Senior Manager of Client Experience at Field Agent from July 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team to enhance overall client engagement and representing client needs to product development teams.
