Selvan Ekambaram

Selvan Ekambaram has a strong background in data management and analytics. Selvan is currently working as the Director of Research Informatics Portfolio Management at Nurix Therapeutics since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Commercial IT Portfolio Management at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from March 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Selvan was the Founder Principal at Altos Analytics, LLC, a healthcare company in the predictive analytics space. Selvan helped establish product development processes, managed implementations, and client service operations from June 2017 to May 2020.

From June 2013 to May 2017, Selvan worked as the Director of Data Warehouse & Analytics at MemorialCare Health System. Selvan was responsible for maximizing the use of enterprise clinical and business data assets and business intelligence solutions. Selvan provided oversight to the data architecture and analytics teams and supported decision support applications.

From July 2007 to April 2013, Selvan was the Manager of Data Architecture in Clinical & Business Analytics at Stanford University Medical Center. Selvan worked with IT and business leadership to define strategic objectives and led a business intelligence team. Selvan was accountable for developing the data warehouse, architecture, solution design, and analytics environment.

Selvan also has experience working at Accenture as a Manager in Data Management from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Systems Architect at Genentech from June 2004 to February 2006, and as an Engineering Manager in Data at Intuit from September 2001 to May 2004.

Selvan Ekambaram has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Electronics Engineering from Anna University. Selvan also holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Physics from the University of Madras.
