Famil Mustafajev

Famil Mustafajev has a diverse and extensive work experience. Famil has worked at Nutreco since 2004, where they held various roles such as Director business control Aqua and Finance Director. In these positions, they led business development, drove growth through acquisitions and start-ups, and managed a team of controllers. Prior to Nutreco, they worked at DLV International as the Head of Proposal Unit and at Arcadis Euroconsult as the Head of the Proposal Unit and Deputy Director. Famil also served as the Director of the Moscow office at GRAINFAX LIMITED. Throughout their career, Famil has demonstrated strong financial leadership, implemented growth strategies, and achieved impressive results, including increasing EBIT and sales.

Famil Mustafajev holds an Executive Master in Financial Control from Nyenrode Business University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Famil also has a PhD in Economics from the State University of Management (SUM), completing their studies from 1981 to 1989. In addition, they have a University Degree in Management from the same institution, acquired between 1981 and 1986. In 1990, they briefly studied Management and Marketing at the University of Stirling.
