Fernand Boutin

Fernand (Fern) Boutin, CPA, CA, currently serves as Sr. Director of Potash Operational Risk Management and Sr. Director of Transformation, Potash at Nutrien since January 2018. Prior to this role, Fern held various positions at PotashCorp, including VP of Internal Audit and Director of Cost & Inventory, where responsibilities encompassed product costing, corporate accounts payable and receivable oversight, and finance leadership in enterprise asset management implementations. Fern's early career includes key accounting roles at Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, SaskTel, and Deloitte Canada. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the University of Regina, CPA, CA designation from CPA Canada, and completion of The Effective Executive Leadership Program at the University of Saskatchewan.
