Pooja S.

Pooja S. currently serves as the HR Manager at Nutrifresh Farms, one of India's largest hydroponic farms based in Pune, since December 2023. Previously, Pooja held the position of Head of HR at MELOT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD from March 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included strategic planning, talent management, payroll administration, and HR policy implementation. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Officer at Nilons Enterprises Pvt Ltd and HR Assistant at Malhar Communications, alongside a summer internship at Chassis Brakes International. Pooja holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from North Maharashtra University and has a background in Arts from Dr. A.G.D. Bendale College and Nandinibai College.
