Simone Leandro began their work experience in 2021 as a Running coach for Team RunRun, where they provided online training plans for athletes at different skill levels. From 2022 onwards, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for both Nuun Hydration and Honey Stinger. Currently, in 2022, Simone is also employed at InGruppetto, where they specialize in running gait analysis.

Simone Leandro completed their undergraduate education at the Universidade Gama Filho from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Dentistry. In 2005, they attended the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro for a year, focusing on Periodontology. Later on, they pursued additional studies in the field of sports and fitness. Simone enrolled in the United Endurance Sports Academy - UESCA for a running coach program. Additionally, they completed a program in Sports Nutrition Specialist at the NESTA - National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association.
