Adrian Yong is an experienced Consumer Insights Manager currently leading consumer insights and research planning for Tata Consumer Products, focusing on brands such as Eight O'Clock Coffee and Tetley Tea since September 2023. Previously, Adrian served as a Consumer Insights Manager at Kohler Co., championing agile research methods for the Category Strategy Team. In earlier roles, Adrian led consumer research for Lysol at RB, managed custom research studies at Avis Budget Group, established the consumer insights function at The Vitamin Shoppe, and designed marketing research projects at Symrise. Additional experience includes senior roles at GfK Custom Research and TNS, along with management of field operations at Classic Marketing. Adrian holds an MBA and an M.S. in Agribusiness Economics, as well as a B.S. in Marketing, all from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
