Heather Page

Heather Page has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Heather is currently working as the Vice President of HR Process Optimization at Nuvance Health. Prior to this, they held roles at Hartford HealthCare, where they served as a Lean Sensei and Process Improvement Facilitator. Before that, they worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Business Systems Analyst and completed the Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Development Program. Heather also gained experience as an intern in Web, SharePoint, and IT Security. Heather's early work experience includes being a Radiologic Technology Student at Naugatuck Valley Community College, where they gained hands-on experience in clinical settings.

Heather Page has a Master of Science degree in Technology Management with a field of study in Lean Management, which they obtained from Central Connecticut State University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the same institution from 2010 to 2012. Before attending Central Connecticut State University, Heather completed an Associate of Science degree in Radiologic Technology from Naugatuck Valley Community College from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they have a certification as an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching, obtained in 2023.
