Orly Hirsch

Orly Hirsch has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational development, employee relations, retention, and employee development. Orly began their career as a human resources consultant for various start-ups before taking on the role of senior human resources manager at CSR (previously Zoran Microelectronics Ltd). At CSR, Orly was responsible for global divisional management and the implementation of several major organizational changes. In February 2013, Orly joined Retalix (acquired by NCR) as an HR business partner, where they supported two global business units and managed two HRBP's located in the UK and Australia. Orly is currently the Vice President of People at Nuvo.

Orly Hirsch attended Binghamton University for their undergraduate degree in psychology and then went on to earn their MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Orly Hirsch reports to Oren Oz, Founder, CEO & Board Member. Orly Hirsch works with Amit Hasson - Vice President, Software Engineering, Amit Reches - Chief Technology Officer, and Idan Lazar - Vice President, Operations.
