Sandra Grabowski has a wealth of experience in sales operations, purchasing planning, and operations management. Sandra began their career in 1990 with GE Healthcare as an Operations Specialist, where they provided analytical and administrative support to a team of 70. Sandra then moved to Region Sales Administrator, where they achieved balanced selling by delivering financial analysis and reporting of business metrics. In 2009, they joined Philips as an Executive Assistant and Human Resource Administrator, where they provided level 1 support for all elements of HR. In 2011, they returned to GE Healthcare as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they provided the leadership team with business intelligence to maximize sales force effectiveness. In 2013, they moved to Mauna Kea Technologies as an Operations Manager, where they ensured quality and compliance processes were performed to QMS & FDA requirements. In 2016, they joined Philips Health Systems North America as an Inside Sales Account Manager and Business Analyst III, where they grew sales funnel and pipeline achieving an annual quota of $10M and created and defined functional and technical requirements. In 2019, they joined ControlRad as an Operations Manager, where they developed and executed operational excellence for a start-up medical device company for commercial launch in the US. In 2020, they joined KUBOTA MANUFACTURING OF AMERICA CORP as a Purchasing Planning Analyst and sonnen, Inc. as a Sales Operations, where they supported a busy technical services department and aided with orders, returns, part fulfillment and customer service. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Nuvo Cares as a Sales Enablement Specialist, where they are passionate about creating technology that radically transforms the experience of pregnancy for expectant parents and healthcare providers.
Sandra Grabowski obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Oakland University. Sandra also completed a course from Matrix Achievement Group LLC in 2018 entitled "The Neuroscience of Selling". In December 2021, they obtained the Sales Enablement Professional Certification from Sales Enablement PRO.
