Jeremy Gale

Jeremy Gale has over 19 years of experience in software engineering. Jeremy began their career in 2002 as a Software Developer Intern at SMART Technologies. In 2004, they worked as a Firmware Engineer at General Dynamics Canada. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Software Engineer at Google. In 2008, they became a Lead Mobile Developer at Calgary Scientific Inc. where they were responsible for technical leadership on development issues and UI design of mobile apps for iOS and Android. In 2011, they were the President and iOS Software Engineer at Force Grind Inc., developing iOS apps and leading multiple projects. In 2012, they were the CTO at AppColony, where they were the first technical hire and recruited and hired a technical team from scratch. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Mobile Development Lead and Product Manager at Shareworks by Morgan Stanley, developing and maintaining iOS and Android apps for employees to manage their equity compensation. Currently, they are a Senior iOS Developer at Shift, working with a small team to improve and maintain the iOS app for customers to browse used cars from their phone. In 2022, they will become an iOS Architect at NuvoAir.

Jeremy Gale attended the University of Calgary, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.
