Myrena Martínez has over 16 years of experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Myrena began their career in 2005 as an Account Manager at C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., where they were responsible for leading their team to a 66.7% reduction of origin-border lead times, 32.3% increase on-time loading and 100% on-date loading. In 2009, they moved to Promexico as Deputy Director, where they were responsible for coordinating actions to financially and logistically support export activities of companies established in Cd. Juárez, as well as promoting Mexican exporters abroad and direct foreign investment in the region. In 2011, they joined Accel Logística as Manager of Business Development and Strategic Alliances, where they handled all aspects relevant to the success of strategic alliances with US Logistic providers, developed strategies to secure new business and created solutions based on integration of resources of allied companies. In 2013, they became Executive Commercial Director at ITRANS, where they developed and implemented the marketing and commercial plan, identified and generated business opportunities, defined and implemented objectives and satisfaction KPIs and supervised projects related to image consolidation. In 2015, they returned to C.H. Robinson as an Account Manager, where they were in charge of the maintenance, development and growth of the small and micro customer segment, developed account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations, identified opportunities to further penetrate accounts by selling C.H. Robinson's portfolio of services, designed solutions and developed pricing strategies, managed customer expectations and created business reviews and led customer meetings. In 2018, they moved to Promologistics S.A. de C.V. as Key Account Manager. In 2021, they joined TM Logistics, LLC as Business Development Manager and in 2022, they joined Ash Logistics as Business Development Manager and Nuvocargo as Customer Success Specialist.
Myrena Martínez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Central Oklahoma in Business Administration, Management and Operations, as well as a B.B.A. from the College of Business with a Management Major.
